Pastor Jeff Hammond has been the Senior Pastor of Freedom House since April, 2000. Born in Savannah, Georgia he has a strong spiritual heritage and is the third generation in ministry in his family. He and his wife, Theresa married in 1983 and a year later moved to North Carolina to attend East Coast Bible College. From there the couple moved to Oklahoma to pastor their first church. Since then they have pastored in California and Louisiana. Pastor Hammond believes his previous pastoral experience has prepared him for this time in Covington, Louisiana. He knows that God has placed him here for such a time as this and is expecting great things to happen in the near future.

Theresa Hammond is the Pastor of Music and Worship at Freedom House. Born in Texas, she also has a rich spiritual heritage being the fourth generation in ministry. From a young age, Theresa has always been involved in music ministry. During the Hammonds' pastorate in Lafayette, Louisiana, she received her Bachelors Degree in Music Media at UL of Lafayette. Janelle Sullivan is the Children’s Pastor at Freedom House Church. A native of Covington, LA. Janelle began working with the Children’s ministry as a helper in a Sunday School classroom and now oversees the New Breed Children’s Ministry. janelle@freedomhousechurch.net

Rebecca S. Hammond is the "Empowered" Youth Pastor at Freedom House Church. She is a native of Covington and graduated from Lee University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She resides in Covington, with her new husband, Wade Hammond. rebecca@freedomhousechurch.net

Karen Lavigne serves in the capacity of Administrative Assistant/Secretary to Pastor Hammond and also as Church Treasurer. She was born and raised in Covington, La and is married with two children. karen@freedomhousechurch.net
